Meet Your Assessor

Nichola Turner is a professional specialist assessor and the founder of EEE Insights (Educational Evaluation & Elevation). With almost 25 years of experience in the education sector and a Master’s degree in Child Psychology, Nichola has dedicated her career to helping children and young people aged 7 to 18 unlock their true academic capabilities.

Nichola understands that every child learns differently and has seen firsthand how easily a student's true potential can be masked by a lack of transparency. Driven by the philosophy of "Evaluating achievement. Elevating potential," she founded EEE Insights to provide parents with the precise, data-driven clarity they need to confidently champion their child's educational journey.

  • "As a home educator, gaining a clear understanding of my daughter's learning profile has been immensely helpful. I can now focus on her strengths and build knowledge alongside skills. I'm so so glad I came across Nichola when I did. Highly recommended."

    —Ruth Brent

  • "My daughter went from underachieving to gaining a First at Durham University. That kind of turnaround didn't happen by chance, it happened because Nichola understood how to unlock potential, build confidence, and instil a belief in what's possible."

    —J. Davies

  • "Nichola was amazing at understanding my son's learning profile. Her attentive approach is second to none and we wouldn't be where we are without the depth of understanding she gave us."
