By booking an assessment with EEE Insights (Educational Evaluation & Elevation) or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a transparent, safe, and professional environment for both our families and our assessor, Nichola Turner.

1. Booking and Payments

• Payment Terms - To secure your child’s assessment slot, a deposit or full payment (as specified during booking) must be paid via secure bank transfer or PayPal (transaction fees may be incurred). All balances must be settled in full prior to the live assessment session.

• Inclusions - Fees cover the live digital assessment session, necessary standardised digital testing licences, detailed analysis, and the final comprehensive report.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Notice Required - If you need to reschedule or cancel an assessment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Late Cancellations - Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover the pre-allocated digital assessment platform licences and administrative setup.

• Assessor Cancellation - In the rare event that EEE Insights must reschedule due to illness or technical failure, you will be offered the choice of an immediate priority reschedule or a full refund.

3. Assessment Environment & Technical Setup

• Parental Responsibility - It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure that the child has a tablet (iPad or Android) with a working webcam, microphone, and a stable internet connection.

• Environment - Parents must provide a quiet, distraction-free room for the duration of the testing session.

• Independence - To guarantee the validity of the standardised assessment results, the child must complete the tasks independently without parental assistance or prompting.

• Engagement - The assessment tasks have been designed to engage participants and support attention/concentration. In the unlikely event that the child declines to complete all planned tasks, there will be no refund issued. The assessor reserves the right to discontinue an assessment at any time should the participant be disengaged. In these circumstances, there will be no refund offered. However, any data collected prior to this situation arising, will be analysed and a shortened report completed. In exceptional circumstances, a rescheduled appointment may be offered at the assessor’s discretion.

4. Report Delivery and intellectual Property

• Turnaround Time - Your comprehensive report will be delivered via a secure digital format within 10 to 14 working days of the completed session.

• Ownership - All assessment framework materials and website content remain the intellectual property of EEE Insights. The final report is yours to keep and may be shared with your child’s school, tutors, or healthcare providers as you see fit.

5. Safeguarding & Duty of Care

• Nichola Turner holds a valid Enhanced DBS Check (England) and is registered with the PVG scheme (Scotland) They adhere to strict professional codes of conduct.

• If, during an assessment session, a safeguarding or child protection concern arises, EEE Insights has a legal duty of care to report this to the appropriate UK authorities in accordance with local safeguarding guidelines.
